I am a person who does not like mayonnaise, but I absolutely love this dish, it is a must try if you ever visit Barcelona. Patatas bravas are done with white potatoes that have been cut into irregular shapes and then fried in oil. They are served with a warm spicy tomato sauce mixed with mayonnaise. My absolute favorite food on their menu is their “Patatas Bravas”. Most of my friends do not even recognize it and do not understand why I even like it.
